It was an exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel in a local area, close enough to the outskirts of the city and the lake and the town center and many restaurants.

The room is nicely refurbished, new-fashioned and has pool views. The location of the hotel is magnificent, so close to town centre and restaurants and all the attractions in particular Redwoods Forest and north island. There's Stolen Bike Cafe not very far from the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

We booked a deluxe room with a large bathroom. Awesome and delicious breakfast served at the restaurant. The location for Rotorua was great and lovely, next to the Pohutu Geyser is located, the Rotorua golf course for golf enthusiasts and two key Rotarua attractions-the Whakarewarewa Thermal Village.

The location was exceptionally nice and very special for Rotorua, near to the river, the Whakarewarewa Thermal Village and the redwoods forest and the amazing Whakarewarewa Forest which is a great place to get in touch with nature. Café Stolen Bike Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The room is well priced. The location is central. My stay was really great, no complains at all, would love to stay here again.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location adjacent to the restaurant, the Whakarewarewa Thermal Village and the redwoods forest, and other tourist attractions. Moreover, it was 3 km from The Spa Rotorua. The swimming pool was lovely and the breakfast was more than adequate.

The place was impeccably clean and newly remodelled, it had responsive staff on that shift. My room was well-equipped with a separate bathroom. I had an above average and good value for money continental breakfast. The hotel met expectations, I will be back.

The location of the hotel is marvellous and stunning, facing the pool. Within 3 mi you'll find D Bar, where you can drink something.

Excellent, good location to the Skyline for dinner. Air-conditioned room with a comfortable bed and a free internet. Hard-working, outstandingly helpful staff members on that shift.

Well-appointed hotel, I truly enjoyed award-winning breakfast!

For 4 star hotel it was well priced, I had pleasant overnight stay overall. Good service, even though a few employees were very unprofessional. The setting was perfect, really close to various sites, and all the attractions in particular Redwoods Forest and the MTB trails. I found D Bar offering shots and different drinks 3 mi of the venue.

Hotel was fairly clean, consistently courteous and pleasant staff.
